Program Manager

EPIC Scientific - Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005

Overview:

Candidate will have direct oversight in multiple RF and/or IP-based Army communication systems. Candidate must be able to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and create dynamic teams with high retention, especially in remote/telework or multi-cultural environments.

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the management and coordination of multiple programs in support of the Army SATCOM and tactical radio arenas

Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree

· Project management experience

· PMP-Certified Program Manager

· Creation, maturation, and execution of schedules

· Experience with creation and management of program budgets

· Experience with creation milestone reports and recruiting strategies

· Familiarity with a multitude of contract types and individual contract elements from multiple domains

· Experience preparing program and status briefs

· Understanding of tactical waveforms and or tactical radios a plus

· Ability to work in a multicultural team environment, include remote/telework teaming strategies

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
