401-K Retirement Savings
EPIC Scientific offers a 401K plan that features a Company Contribution for ALL Full-time employees and allows staff to contribute a portion of their salary (up to the legal limit) via payroll deductions, beginning one month after they join the company. Based on company performance EPIC Scientific may do a year end discretionary matching contribution or a discretionary employer contribution.
